IMPORTANT NOTE: for some unknown reason, over which I have no control, my replies to customer requests and orders sometimes do not reach destination. This happens most often with aol.com and some other providers, which use very powerful anti-spam filters that probably also kill many legitimate emails.
If you want to make sure you receive my replies, I strongly recommend that you always include a fax number, or a street address or at least an alternative email address, where I can send you the requested information in case I receive a "failed delivery" message from your provider.
I ALWAYS REPLY TO ALL EMAILS: if you do not receive an answer to your request from me within a few days, please assume I either did not receive it, or my reply was lost or "killed" in transit, so please contact me again with a fax number or a street address where I can send my reply.
